How much does an investigation cost?
We do not publish standard price lists: every engagement is designed around its objective, duration and complexity. After a first free consultation you will receive a written, fixed-fee quote setting out the scope, timeline and investment. No changes along the way, no hidden costs.
Is the evidence collected valid in court?
Yes. We operate under a licence from the Prefecture of Milan and in full compliance with the Privacy Code and the rules on defensive investigations. Our reports are drafted to be filed in civil, criminal or employment proceedings, with traceable photographic and documentary annexes.
How long does it take to get results?
It depends on the type of investigation: a documentary check takes days, surveillance takes weeks, an international due diligence from two to six weeks. We always agree on milestones and interim updates, so the client always knows where we stand.
How does Ethix work with a law firm?
We work as technical consultants alongside the lawyer: we define the scope together, gather evidence usable in court, and draft reports the judge can understand. Confidentiality, professional secrecy and respect for the defence strategy are guaranteed.
Is the client's privacy guaranteed?
Yes, entirely. Every assignment is covered by an NDA, materials are encrypted and accessible only to the case team, and communications take place over secure channels. We comply with the GDPR and the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) on defensive investigations.
Do you also operate outside Italy?
Yes. We have an established network in more than forty countries, with a presence in the EU, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, the Emirates and South-East Asia. From Italy we coordinate due diligence, asset tracing and cross-border corporate investigations, in compliance with local regulations.
